* According to the iProfile Intake compared to DRI chart, four micronutrients were lower than recommended, and eight micronutrients were higher than recommended. The sausage egg McMuffin for breakfast should be replaced with Egg Whites, Toast with Jelly instead of butter, and sausage patty. This would eliminate cholesterol, but still provide necessary nutrients. For lunch, adding meat to the burrito will increase protein.
